You can use any coffee you want we used 1 1/2. table spoons of instant coffee to a cup of boiling hot water add sweetener & any premier protein shake flavour you'd like and to make it extra creamy add any cream of your choice and TADAAA! ENJOY! 😆🤤😍🌟 BAKED BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL CUPS! Pre heat oven to 350F 3 cups rolled oats 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 cup mashed banana (2-3 bananas depending on their size) 2 Large eggs 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you prefer) 1 cup mini chocolate chips Mix in a bowl add to baking pan then top them off with a bit more chocolate chips if you'd like bake them for 20 minuets. When they are done leave to cool for 30 minuets and TADAAA! ENJOY! 😆🤤😍🌟 OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER POWER BALLS! 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup old fashioned oats, and extra for rolling 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips, plus extra for rolling 1/4 cup Hemp seeds (optional) Chill for 30 to 45 minuets form balls and roll them in the extra oats and chocolate chips and TADAA! ENJOY! 😆🤤😍🌟 HONEY GARLIC GLAZED CHICKEN! Pre heat oven to 425F Wash chicken! 😂 SEASONINGS! cool runnings herb and garlic spice onion powder garlic powder cajun seasoning mustard baking powder mix and pan fry on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown. HONEY GARLIC SAUCE! 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of honey 1 table spoon of minced garlic sprinkle in onion and garlic powder coat chicken in sauce and bake for 25 minuets top it off with any garnish and TADAA!
